Data Deletion

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Settings → Profile.
  2. Select “Request account deletion.”
  3. Confirm the request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days.

Grace period and restoration

During the 30-day grace period, you can restore your account by signing in and selecting “Restore account.” If you do not restore within 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Family ownership rules

If you are the family owner and there are other active members, you must transfer ownership to another adult admin before deleting your account. This prevents accidental loss of access for the rest of the family.

Managed child profiles

Managed profiles can only be deleted by a parent or admin. If you need help, contact us using the details on the Contact page.

Data retention

We delete or anonymize personal data once deletion is finalized. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
